For Vermoontains. Thanks for seventh inning stretches here.
Just like you; an oldy, but a goody. And a little warped...

JOTS... you’re one of those huh? :)
Always nice to hear from the guy from the Last Frontier

I would like to see the Indians play the Braves with tomahawks. “He murdered that ball, and then the pitcher Bob!”

Hey Craven! Yep born in Oakland so I'm a die hard fan. I moved back when my folks split in 84/85. My Dad used to take me to games all the time in the Rickey Henderson, McGuire, Canseco era. Some of y best memories.

I was there from 75-83. We had the whole place to ourselves...back when they served beer in garbage can sized containers - 3 or 4 gallons. Oakland was always good for a big rolling fight that swept across the bleachers - the early days of the wave.

When I moved to the NYC area I went to the A's games at Yankmee Stadium and enjoyed rooting against the home town bums. It was a glorious time to be at Yankmee Stadium as they sucked to high heaven from 84-90 while I was there.

Then I moved to Seattle and Ken Griffey Jr stole my baseball heart. Now I suffer endlessly because of it...but I had 4-5 years of grand baseball fun.

I will take the RAYS in ONE.
But TWO very good teams

Dig the Drummers at the Coliseum!

Go Nats!

I suppose it's time to finally replace the '71 Senators souvenir pennant. And to think I saw my first ballgame, and almost my last Dead show (7/7/86) at that same RFK Stadium. (Come to think of it, the boys even played like the Senators until Satisfaction.)
